Volunteer

US Empowered volunteers help Fellows achieve their two overarching goals: acceptance into college and graduation from college. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to impact our Fellows' academic goals through tutoring or helping families prepare financial aid and tax forms.

"I absolutely love tutoring at Uplift. I am building such great relationships with the students and teachers. Technically, my role is an "ACT tutor," however, I've been involved in all aspects of the guidance counseling/college prep work. I've asked to continue volunteering with them for the entirety of the three-year program. I'm really excited!"
