Our Mentor-A-Student program matches professionals and top college students with US Empowered fellows. Our mentors provide guidance, encouragement and coaching to help our fellows meet their collegiate aspirations and other future goals. While our mentors do provide some tutoring services during Year One, the crux of our mentoring program comes during Year Two when our fellows begin the college application process. Our mentors assist their respective fellows in all aspects of the application process, including essay editing, resume writing, and interview coaching.
